Jim Brown started Roof-Rite Inc. in July of 1999. Jim makes customer service the cornerstone of Roof-Rite’s identity. He offers his employees an environment that embraces a high level of ethics and professionalism. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, boating, flying, and skiing.
Sales Consultant/Operations Manager
Pam Brown’s position covers many areas, including the wife of Owner, Jim Brown. She came on board in 2008. Pam knows all aspects of the roofing industry and has worked in the field as a project manager. She is also in charge of the overall management of the daily financial operations of the company. Pam enjoys working with customers and employees alike. She has a constant companion, Hannah Brown the Golden Doodle, who has accompanied her on many customer presentations.
Chet Simpson, Project Manager has been in the roofing industry since 2012. Prior to working at Roof-Rite, Chet worked in the automotive industry. Chet prides himself as being very detailed orientated in everything he does. Chet enjoys spending time with his friends, family, sports, and working out.
Marketing & Office Manager
Cindy Serling is our Marketing and Office Manager. She attended Eastern Michigan University and spent most of her career in education. Cindy is a people person who is always in pursuit of knowledge. She enjoys family, friends, music, and her dog, Jager.
Todd Miller, Project Manager, has been in the construction business trade since 1986. He takes pride in his knowledge of the industry. He also proudly served in the U.S. Army for six years. Todd enjoys, hunting, fishing, and family.
Joan Gurke is our Bookkeeper. Joan was a restaurant owner for over 25 years and has an extensive background in accounting. She enjoys her family, friends, and gardening.
Hannah travels everywhere with Pam. When we are not on the road together she is at the office guarding the warehouse. She Definitely is a team player. We just wish we could teach her to answer the phones:)
