Dear Roof-Rite,

 

I wanted to take a moment to thank-you for your efforts that were clearly "above and beyond" in response to the recent storm damage sustained by my home.

 

When the need arose to replace my roof approximately one year ago, I was referred to your company by a trusted friend. I interviewed several company's and selected Roof-Rite to replace the roof.  As a working professional I was  impressed at that time with the professionalism and efficiency in which your company operated. From the first meeting and quote until the completion of the project your personnel were ALWAYS at my home, doing exactly what you said you would do, and when you said it would be done, and at the price quoted. The project started and finished exactly as you indicated it would.

 

Your staff was professional, polite and did a tremendous job of leaving the site exactly as they found it, the clean up was impressive.

 

Unfortunately, after only one year and a severe storm, my roof was significantly damaged by an extremely large tree.  After three (3) weeks of attempting to work with the insurance company and a builder, I put my proverbial foot down, and insisted that Roof-Rite be called in for the roof repair work.

 

After only one phone call, Joe was at my home the next day, had made arrangements for all repairs and re-roofing within two (2) days and went the extra mile to have a crew arrive at my home at 6:30 am on Saturday morning to repair and replace my roof.

 

 Again, the crew, Steve and the rest of the gentlemen, were efficient, polite, and professional. I can't begin to express my gratitude to your staff and management in pulling together in 2 days what others could not even begin in three weeks. The additional service of having the work performed on the weekend, insuring that I would not loose any additional days from work was a great relief and added bonus.  While I hope I never need your services again, I have every confidence that from the person that answers the initial call, Pam,  President of Roof - Rite, Jim, Joe, and every member of your staff that I have come in contact with that the job will be done in the most efficient and satisfactory manner.

 

Thanks for not only doing a great job, but for going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of a customer. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to your entire staff, it is a tremendous relief to have "my house put back together" .

Dear Mr. Brown,

When I contacted your company for service, I was truly impressed not only with your presentation, but with your knowledge and obvious pride.  You also showed great respect toward your crew, which is so often overlooked. Having dealt with many contractors in the 23+ years I've owned my home, I'd never had one that earned so much respect before a sale had even been completed. 

 

As it is said, "You get what you pay for," and I couldn't be happier with all that I've received having done business with you and your firm.  Three days after work was completed, I came home to find a member of your work crew at my home with a large magnet making sure the job site was cleaned up properly.  This is the kind of integrity others need to understand they're getting when they do business with ROOF-RITE.

Just wanted you to know that I love my new roof! I was impressed with the workmanship and quality that went into my roof.  The workers were always there when they said they would be and when they were done there was no debris or nails to be found!!!  Not in my driveway, flowerbeds or neighbors' yards either. I have had roofs redone before but I tell everyone, " If you want less stress, forget the rest, hire ROOF-RITE 'cause they are the BEST!"
