Jim Brown, the owner came out for the quote about 2 weeks before we made our decision to use Roof Rite. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. His presentation was the most impressive and thourough of the 4 different quotes we had; he was also the cheapest of the 4 quotes.

We used him not because he was the cheapest but because we liked him personally better than the other salespeople and because of his high ratings on Angie's List.

All the positive reviews of his company, Roof Rite, are 100% correct and I would highly recommend him. The crew showed up around 7am and did not stop working until 8pm when they were all done with the entire roof.

The clean up was impeccable which was very important to my wife and I considering we have a 20 month old and 2 small dogs who can easily step on sharp objects like nails and tin shards, etc. Jim is an honerable man who keeps his word, you should use him.

Roof-Rite gave us a quote that was fair and complete. They were very thorough listing all the work and supplies needed that other companies missed. No pressure, just solid facts and explained our roofing needs.

The installers completed the work in 2 days as promised and worked through the 90 degree plus heat with no problem. They cleaned up before leaving, the roof looks great. Joe, thanks for a job well done!

These guy are good. They're professional, quick, they cleaned up well, and they have good follow-up. There were other companies who quoted a higher price and seemed a bit arrogant and too busy to talk with me and there was one company that quoted a much lower price which made us wonder, but Roof-Rite had the best combination of good price, quality, and great people.

They had good follow-up to my initial contact with them. They left me an e-mail and a voice mail, but didn't barrage me with numerous calls and messages like other companies did. We set up a day for them to start work and they arrived that morning with all of the materials and workers, and in a couple of days....new roof! I'm so glad I called Roof-Rite.

Complete re-roofing, including tear-off, repair boards, add venting, replace skylights, and re-shingle.

The overall experience was superior. Company came out to provide original estimate and owner came to discuss construction and venting options. Company owner also came out when crew encountered an unforeseeable issue. All crew members were very professional and personable. Clean-up was performed to owner's satisfaction.

I just needed someone to come and reattach a roof ridge vent cap that had blown off the roof over the weekend. Roof-rite gave me the phone number for one of their installers who was able to come within a couple hours of my call. He reattached the vent cap and checked the others.

I was very appreciative of the quick response since I had called several other roofing companies and they didn't call back very quickly or couldn't get someone out here for a day or two. My concern was that it had already rained once today and more showers were expected and the roof ridge vent now was not covered so my attic and insulation were getting wet. Anyway, the installer reattached the vent cap in about 20 minutes, and finished just as it started to rain again.

I wanted to take a moment to thank-you for your efforts that were clearly "above and beyond" in response to the recent storm damage sustained by my home.
 
When the need arose to replace my roof approximately one year ago, I was referred to your company by a trusted friend. I interviewed several companies and selected Roof-Rite to replace the roof. As a working professional I was  impressed at that time with the professionalism and efficiency in which your company operated. From the first meeting and quote until the completion of the project your personnel were ALWAYS at my home, doing exactly what you said you would do, and when you said it would be done, and at the price quoted. The project started and finished exactly as you indicated it would.
 
Your staff was professional, polite and did a tremendous job of leaving the site exactly as they found it, the clean up was impressive.
 
Unfortunately, after only one year and a severe storm, my roof was significantly damaged by an extremely large tree.  After three (3) weeks of attempting to work with the insurance company and a builder, I put my proverbial foot down, and insisted that Roof-Rite be called in for the roof repair work.
 
After only one phone call, Joe was at my home the next day, had made arrangements for all repairs and re-roofing within two (2) days and went the extra mile to have a crew arrive at my home at 6:30 am on Saturday morning to repair and replace my roof.
 
Again, the crew, Steve and the rest of the gentlemen, were efficient, polite, and professional. I can't begin to express my gratitude to your staff and management in pulling together in 2 days what others could not even begin in three weeks. The additional service of having the work performed on the weekend, insuring that I would not loose any additional days from work was a great relief and added bonus.  While I hope I never need your services again, I have every confidence that from the person that answers the initial call, Pam,  President of Roof - Rite, Jim, Joe, and every member of your staff that I have come in contact with that the job will be done in the most efficient and satisfactory manner.
 
Thanks for not only doing a great job, but for going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of a customer. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to your entire staff, it is a tremendous relief to have "my house put back together" .
